Holiday Exhibit at Shaw Nature Reserve

Shaw Nature Reserve “decks the halls” and lawn of it’s historic Bascom House for the holiday season. The house built in 1879 by former Confederate Colonel Thomas William Bouldin Crews is open daily year round 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed holidays.

Entrance to the Bascom House is free with regular Shaw Nature Reserve admission of $3 for adults, $2 for seniors 65 and up. Children 12 and under, Missouri Botanical Garden members, and Shaw Nature Reserve passholders are free.

Shaw Nature Reserve is a 2400-acre natural area just off I-44 at the Gray Summit exit #253. For more information phone 636-451-3512 Ext 6075.
